We don't use machines. We use ancient wisdom. It takes 30 litres of A2 Milk to make just 1 litre of Saanjh Ghee.
Our cows are not tied up. They graze freely in open fields on organic fodder (green grass, neem, ashwagandha). This ensures the milk is stress-free and full of nutrition.
The raw milk is boiled in earthen pots and converted into curd overnight. We do not make Ghee from cream (malai); we make it from Curd, which is the only authentic Vedic way.
The curd is churned using a wooden Bilona to extract Makkhan. This Makkhan is then heated over a slow flame using cow dung cakes for 8-10 hours to get the golden, granular Ghee.
