Before the sun rises, our artisans hand-churn the curd made from A2 Gir Cow milk using a wooden Bilona. This bi-directional churning separates the purest Makkhan (butter).
The extracted Makkhan is slow-cooked in earthen pots over cow dung cakes for 8-10 hours. This slow heat gives Saanjh Ghee its signature golden color and nutty aroma.
